Shipping policy

All books sold by Snapzyy are printed to order by STUDILITE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. This policy explains how and when your book reaches you.

1. Where we ship

We deliver to addresses across India. We do not currently ship internationally. If you need a book sent outside India, write to us at snapzyycreations@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order delivered within India. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout.

3. Making your book

Every book is made individually, so production happens before dispatch:

  • You share your photographs and fill in the brief.
  • Our designers lay out every spread and send you a proof, normally within 72 hours.
  • You review the proof and ask for changes, or approve it.
  • Once you approve, your book is printed, hand-bound and boxed.

The 72-hour proof window starts when we have everything we need. If photographs are missing, a shared folder is not accessible, or the brief is incomplete, we will contact you and the clock starts again once it is resolved.

4. Delivery time

After you approve the proof, your book is printed, bound and delivered within 7 to 10 days across India. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruption, public holidays or an incorrect address.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We also send the tracking link on WhatsApp to the number given with your order.

6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody could receive it after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply in that case.

7. Changing or cancelling an order

Because each book is made to order, we can change or cancel it at any point before you approve the proof. Once a book has gone to print it cannot be changed or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible on +91 91132 93431. See our Refund Policy for what applies after that.

8. Missing or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, contact us within 2 days of the delivery date shown by the courier. We will investigate with the carrier and either reprint your book or refund you, in line with our Refund Policy.
