Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this store and any order you place with STUDILITE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Snapzyy. By using this store you accept them in full.

1. Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by STUDILITE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at #68, 2nd Cross, 5th Main, Pappanna Block, R.T Nagar, Ganganagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043. Contact: snapzyycreations@gmail.com, +91 91132 93431. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2. What we sell

We sell custom printed photo books — photobooks and magazines, in A5 and A4. You supply the photographs and the brief; our designers lay out every spread; you approve a proof; we print, bind and deliver the finished book within India.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment succeeds. We may decline an order — refunding you in full if we do — where the content breaches clause 6, where a price was listed in error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free, so the price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our payment gateway, which accepts cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We do not receive or store your card or banking credentials. We may correct an obvious pricing error before printing, and will give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

5. Your brief, and approving the proof

You are responsible for the photographs you supply and the words you ask us to print. We lay out every spread and send you a proof; you may ask for changes before approving it. What you approve is what we print, and a book cannot be changed once it has gone to print. Printed colour can vary slightly from a screen, and a low-resolution photograph will print soft — neither is a defect. See our Refund Policy.

6. What you may not put in a book

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photograph and every piece of text you give us, and that printing it infringes nobody's copyright, trademark or privacy. You must not submit content that is unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, defamatory, threatening, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. We may refuse to print any order that breaches this, and will refund you if we do. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied.

7. Rights in your content and ours

Your photographs and text remain entirely yours. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce them solely to design, print, bind, deliver and, if needed, reprint your order. We claim no other rights and will not use your images to promote Snapzyy without your separate written permission.

Our designs, layouts, templates, artwork, typography, store and software remain our property or our licensors'. You may use them to create books through this store. You may not copy, republish, resell, sub-license, redistribute or commercially exploit them.

8. Acceptable use of the store

You agree not to use this store in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful; to damage, disable or impair it; to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another customer's data; or to scrape or systematically download our designs.

9. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, reprints and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the store and every price and description accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and its materials are provided on an "as is" basis. We may withdraw or change any product, price or feature at any time. Withdrawal never affects an order we have already confirmed.

11. Our liability

Where a book is defective or not as approved, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund it, as set out in the Refund Policy. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or the emotional value of an occasion the book was intended for. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Grievance redressal

Complaints may be raised at snapzyycreations@gmail.com or +91 91132 93431. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
